What clients usually ask
What does the maintenance plan include?
Hosting and backups, security updates, monitoring and alerts, and 2 hours of adjustments per month. The price depends on the size and complexity of your system: after a free discovery call we send you a fixed monthly quote in writing.
How is it different from the Tech partner plan?
The Tech partner plan adds 20 hours of development per month, same-day response and a monthly priorities meeting, with hosting and monitoring included. It makes sense if you will be asking for improvements often.
Can you maintain software you didn't build?
Possibly. First we review it to see what state it is in, where it is hosted and what it would take to take it over, and we tell you clearly whether it makes sense.
What if something goes down outside business hours?
Systems are monitored 24/7 and the alerts come to us, so we usually know before you do. Response times are agreed according to the plan, and our time zone overlaps with both the US and Europe.
Are the code and data mine?
Yes. The code is yours and the data belongs to your company. The plan pays for someone to look after them, not to lock you in.
How do you bill clients outside Uruguay?
We quote in US dollars. You can pay by international bank transfer or by card, and you get a proper invoice for every payment.
Do you sign contracts and NDAs?
Yes. Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
