What clients usually ask

How long does custom software take?

A first working version usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, with weekly deliveries so you can test it as it grows. After that it keeps improving in stages.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the system, the integrations it needs and how many users and roles it has. After a free discovery call we send you a fixed quote in writing within 48 hours. If you would rather have an ongoing development team, the Tech partner plan gives you 20 hours of development every month.

Who owns the code?

You do. The software is built for your company and the code belongs to you.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. It runs in the browser with a username and password, and we design it to work on desktop and on your phone.

What happens when I need changes later?

Your software keeps evolving after launch. You can add a maintenance plan, which includes hours for adjustments, or the Tech partner plan if you will be asking for improvements often.

Do you work with clients in the US and Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with companies anywhere in the world. Our team is in Uruguay (UTC−3), one to two hours ahead of US Eastern Time and a few hours behind Central Europe, so there is always a real overlap for live calls. We work in English and Spanish.

Do you sign contracts and NDAs?

Yes. Every project starts with a written proposal covering scope, price and timeline, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
