AI automation

Repetitive work, done on its own

We use AI and automation to answer questions, read documents, reconcile payments and build reports. Your team reviews what matters; the system handles the repetitive part.

What it solves

Hours lost on the same tasks

01

The same questions all day

Is it in stock? When will it arrive? Do you issue invoices? Answers your team types by hand, over and over.

02

Retyping what's already written

Invoices, orders and forms in PDFs or emails that someone has to read and enter into the system by hand.

03

Reconciling means copy and compare

Payments, courier charges and bank statements checked line by line.

04

The Monday report

Someone spends the morning exporting data and rebuilding the same spreadsheet as always.

What's included

What we build

We automate specific tasks, with clear rules about what the system does on its own and what goes to a person.

  • Automatic answers to frequent questions, using real stock and shipping data
  • Draft replies your team can review and send in one click
  • Reading PDFs, emails and forms to capture data without typing, and loading products from your own data
  • Reconciliation of payments, charges and shipments, with an alert when something doesn't match
  • Reports that build themselves and arrive by email or live on a dashboard
  • A log of everything the system did, to review whenever you want

FAQ

What clients usually ask

Will the AI reply to my customers on its own?

It can, but you decide how far it goes. Usually it answers on its own whatever can be answered with data from your systems, such as stock, lead times or shipping, and anything uncertain is left as a draft for a person to review.

What if it gets something wrong?

That is why answers are grounded in the real data in your systems, not guesses, with clear limits on what it can answer. Everything is logged, so it can be reviewed and corrected.

What happens to my data?

We only use the data each task needs, with restricted access. During discovery we agree together on which information is used and which is not, and we are happy to sign an NDA.

Where should we start?

With the task that repeats the most and eats the most hours. That is usually answering customer questions or a monthly reconciliation. Starting with a single task lets you measure the result before adding more.

How much does it cost to automate a process?

It depends on the process, the systems involved and how much human review it needs. After a free discovery call we send you a fixed quote in writing within 48 hours. On top of that, the AI service has a usage cost that depends on volume; we estimate it for you before we start.

Do you work with clients in the US and Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with companies anywhere in the world. Our team is in Uruguay (UTC−3), one to two hours ahead of US Eastern Time and a few hours behind Central Europe, so there is always a real overlap for live calls. We work in English and Spanish.

How do you bill clients outside Uruguay?

We quote in US dollars. You can pay by international bank transfer or by card, and you get a proper invoice for every payment.
