What clients usually ask

Where does the data come from?

From the systems you already use: your ERP, online store, Mercado Libre, Google Sheets or Excel, or your point of sale. We connect via API wherever possible, and if a system only exports files, we work with those exports.

How often does it update?

It depends on the source. Anything connected via API can be up to date within minutes; anything coming from an export updates each time the file arrives. We define it during discovery.

Why not use an off-the-shelf BI tool?

It may be enough, and if so we'll tell you. Custom makes sense when data from several systems has to be cleaned and combined, or when you need calculations specific to your business, such as real profitability by channel.

Can I see it on my phone?

Yes. Dashboards run in the browser, on desktop or mobile, and reports arrive by email.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many data sources we connect, how clean the data is and how many reports and dashboards you need. After a free discovery call we send you a fixed quote in writing within 48 hours.

Do you work with clients in the US and Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with companies anywhere in the world. Our team is in Uruguay (UTC−3), one to two hours ahead of US Eastern Time and a few hours behind Central Europe, so there is always a real overlap for live calls. We work in English and Spanish.

How do you bill clients outside Uruguay?

We quote in US dollars. You can pay by international bank transfer or by card, and you get a proper invoice for every payment.
